Full day.

We had a code when he was ready for me to go, three kisses, a hug and an I Love You.

He was having fun. I beckoned him over and asked him if I should go. He puckered up and got three kisses, a hug and an I Love You.

I walked away and felt proud and a little sad.

I hope his day goes great! They left a message, he's doing great. No hitting. No pushing. No sleeping pants during naptime!

When I picked him up from his first long day at school today, he was under the slide with a bunch of other kids, all hot and sweaty and dirty. He came running out yelling "Mommy, I had fun today!"

TJ was trying to get his lunchbox but it was stuck and he said "it won't budge."

While hiking the other day, he said "Actually, rabbits don't make noise, they just go boing, boing, boing."

My little Julia sleeps when she is supposed to; cries when she is hungry, wet or tired; smiles at me when I smile at her; loves to be kissed; loves to play; loves to make noise. She is a perfect, dreamy, happy, chunk of love. Oh and did I mention the giant eyelashes?

Today TJ started using "I don't know" as an answer to questions. For some reason, I find it quite endearing.

Mum mum mum mum.

She's totally saying that.

Aw. The love.

Actually, soon to be seven months.

I was cleaning out some of her summer clothes, the 3-6 months ones and it seriously kind of hurts my heart to see how fast she is growing.

TJ wore his pumpkin hat all day long at school today.

He loves it.

It was 70+ degrees.

How cute!

Julia has started expressing herself through loud angry, although still really really adorable, yells.

She sometimes does it when she's going to the bathroom, which is especially ladylike.

We really couldn't ask for a happier, more well-behaved baby.

Up until now, 3 years and 1 month old, TJ's favorite color has been blue.

Today, he declared his love for purple and informed me that purple is now his favorite color.

The "New Baby" is almost 7 months old.

TJ and I fed her puffs today in the side yard. She made some funny faces, but all in all, seemed to thoroughly enjoy the experience, as she does most of her eating experiences.

She's working on picking up her own bottle. Still doesn't quite have the concept completely mastered yet, but definitely working on it.

TJ: That man needs to sit down.

Mama: Well, don't worry about it.

TJ: He needs to sit down.

Mama: You can tell him.

Man walks outside the pizza parlor and TJ starts to follow him.

Mama: Don't follow him outside.

TJ: Why?

Mama: He's a stranger.

Man walks back in and TJ looks at him for a good 40 seconds.

TJ: He's a stranger?

Mama: Yes. You can talk to him now because I am right here.

TJ: He might eat us.

The gray sweats with the blue patches on the knees?

Too small.
