Mama, taking it out of the fridge: Yes, of course you can.

Julia: That's not maple syrup, that's APRIL syrup!

Is it wrong that I am sending my husband and my 5 year old son to get wings at Hooters?

The noise of the kids, the mess of the house and the general being of the dogs (especially Georgia) sometimes drives me crazy.

Today I was at home alone for 5 minutes.

I realized that without my family and even the Rotten dogs, yes, I would have a clean house but I would actually really miss the noise.

The warmchocolatemilk that we give Julia every night?

No chocolate in it all all, just warm milk.

Julia and I got our first manicures together today.

Mama: Julia, I got you some french fries.

Julia: I don't want french fries! I want chicken nuggets!

Mama: OK, well I was going to let you come with Mommy to get her nails painted and you could eat the french fries there.

Julia: NO FRENCH FRIES! I WANT CHICKEN NUGGETS!!!

Mama: Just try one, honey. Otherwise, you can't go to the nail place with Mommy.

Julia tries one: Yum yum. I like french fries!

John just checked the levelness of the table at ye old Union Oyster House with the Level app in his google phone.

I can tell the economy is getting stronger, because workermen are beginning to blow off jobs that we offer.

Things we have spent money on to get dry cleaned in the last year or so:

- Julia's clothes that are too small for her

- a pillowcase

-a pair of my jeans

-a tank top

and possibly a pair of sweats
